Cozy Apt1 is on the ground floor of the building, which consists of 2 apartments in the center of the historical part of the seaside village of Panormo. It is newly renovated, decorated with a lot of traditional and retro elements. In our apartment, you could live your hosting experience in a very warm environment, enjoy relaxation in a fully equipped house and meet the tradition of a typical village, only 50 meters from the beach.
Apartment 1 can easily accommodate up to 4 persons. It is 95 square meters in size. It is on the ground floor, and it has a one-level layout, offering 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 double beds. In one bedroom, you may find a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms in total (WC shower in both). A spacious fully equipped open-plan kitchen waiting for you to cook with your family or relax with your friends. The furniture is an antique style that has been restored. French doors lead to the veranda with patio furniture, a small garden, and a private Jacuzzi. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
There is open access to the whole house, dining and sitting areas, garden, and Jacuzzi. There is full privacy to all areas indoors.
The village of Panormo is situated by the sea, at the main north national road of the island, 22 Km east of Rethymno city and 55 Km west of Heraklion city, having about 400 habitats. In the village and surroundings, you will find many places you can visit, such as the ancient old Christian basilica church of Saint Sofia, built-in 1948. Nature lovers will enjoy the seaside of Geropotamos River and its small lagoon. In 800 m from the village, you will find yourselves in a lighthouse where you can enjoy the view of our land and Aegean Sea together. Guests could also travel into the heart of the island and visit other small, traditional villages such as Exantis, Margarites, and ancient Eleftherna. The main beach of Panormo is just 50 m from our apartment where you can enjoy swimming or water sports, having a delicious meal, shop at the local market, drink a coffee, or enjoy a cocktail by the sea. Supper market or any other supplies could be found in the village.
Access to Panormo village is very easy and could be done by any means. Guests could rent a car for more convenience and come straight away to Panormos village. There is private parking right outside your apartment. You could also travel to Rethymno city by bus public transportation, every thirty minutes, or by taxi.
