Villa Utilitas, it means functionality, measures 120 m2 with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and dining room, and a kitchen, it can host up to 6 persons in its big bedrooms. Its balconies will guarantee you some beautiful sunsets in nature.
The second building of Domus Aestas Villas, Villa Venustas, it means beauty, is a smaller building in order for our villa can host bigger parties. However, it still has the luxury of the big building. It measures 100 m2, has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can host up to 4 persons.
The interior includes a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegant dining area, a laid-back living room, and a cozy workspace. High-end furniture and precious materials throughout, bring out a certain sophistication and an exclusive feel. The mountain village Mariou is located on the island of Crete, about three kilometres from Plakias in the region of Rethymnon. It is about 27 kilometres south of the city of Rethymnon. Mariou is an ideal destination for people who love peace and nature and hiking in the wilderness. A trip to Preveli is also recommended. Both the monastery and the Palm Beach are worth a visit.
