Browse the available properties and choose the villa that suits you best.
Click “Book ” or “Request to Book ”.
Enter your personal details and complete the payment to confirm your reservation.
Your reservation is confirmed once the payment is completed. You will receive an automated confirmation email with all booking details.
Please note: Some properties use booking requests. In these cases, confirmation is sent within 48 hours after the request is approved.
For request-based properties:
The company has 48 hours to confirm your request.
We will inform you as soon as your request is approved or rejected.
No charges will be incurred until the request is approved.
Usually 50% of the rental amount is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is typically due 60 days before your arrival.
Conditions may vary depending on the property, so please check the specific terms on the villa’s property page.
We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
For last-minute bookings, only card payments are accepted.
Bank transfer availability depends on the booking date and property.

To modify or cancel your reservation, please inform us by email, and we will process your request.

Please note: All payments will incur non-refundable transaction fees.
Some villas require a security deposit. This amount is held on your credit card before or upon arrival and is released after your departure, once the property has been inspected and no damages are reported.

In addition to the rental price, some properties may include:

When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before your arrival date.
All short-term rentals in Greece are legally required to register reservations with the ID or passport number of foreign guests and the VAT number for Greek residents.
Please note that a driving license is not accepted as a valid form of identification in Greece.
Yes. Children from 3 years old are counted as guests.
Infants up to 2 years old can be accommodated above the property’s standard capacity and at no extra cost. Baby cots are provided only upon request before your arrival.
Please include all children and infants in your guest count to ensure the villa can accommodate everyone safely and comfortably.
