  4. Login using your Username and Password
  5. Send a booking request

No, our team will proceed with your request depending on the availability.
You will receive an email informing if your booking request was approved within a few hours.
You can always check the status of your reservation on “My Reservations” page.

Please check your junk and spam email folder. In case of no email, contact us by info@hellocrete.villas

When your request is approved, to confirm your reservation you may proceed with the payment of a deposit

(1st payment for accommodation).

Go to your account – “My Reservations” – choose “Check & Pay”.

After that the status of your reservation will be changed to “Confirmed”.

A balance (2nd payment for accommodation) is due to be paid 60 days before the arrival date.

There are two choices:

  1. Card/PayPal. In case you wish to pay by card (no need to have a PayPal account).

You will be transferred to PayPal site to complete the payment. Once it is completed you will receive an automated confirmation email.

  1. Wire transfer if you wish to make a deposit on our account.

If you choose this option, you will receive an email with our account details.

No, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account. You may use PayPal just as an online payment platform and pay directly by your debit or credit card.

To reserve your property (and prevent anyone else booking it for the same dates) we ask you to pay a 50% deposit. Please note that the deposit is refundable 60 days before the arrival. We recommend you take a holiday insurance.

If you let us know more than 60 days before your intended departure date, then we’re happy to refund you the balance of your holiday.

When you book with Hellocrete Villas, we send you a confirmation of the total cost. That is all you’ll be asked to pay.  You may also be charged to use heated swimming pools and energy costs (wood or petrol).
