Amazing blue sea villa with private pool

Blue Sea Villa is located above Ligaria’s coastline with unobstructed views of the beach and of the beautiful beach of Agia Pelagia. Specifically it is located in the wider area of Agia Pelagia, within a sixteen acre estate complete with three hundred olive trees, fifty almonds, prickly pear trees and many other trees native to Crete.
From its North, East and West sides it has unlimited views of the endless blue Cretan Sea and the wonderful beach of Agia Pelagia and Ligaria. From the South you can admire the towering mountains of Rodia and the natural beauty of Crete.
The villa consists of four levels and the semi-basement area. In the semi-basement you can use the gym and the indoor terrace. The ground floor has a large, spacious kitchen with a cooking stove, ceramic hobs, a fridge and a dishwasher. It has a large dining room for 12 people with magnificent views of the blue sea. Also on the ground floor you’ll enjoy a large covered veranda with vast view of the Cretan Sea and the lovely beach of the village of Agia Pelagia, with an additional dining table of six (6) people. It also has two fireplaces, one of which is energy, two plasma TVs, three twin sofas, which can be used as a bed (six additional guests), one (1) bathroom with shower, auxiliary storage with washing machine and one second veranda overlooking the nature and the mountains of Crete. The first floor features a master bedroom with a private large veranda overlooking the beach of Agia Pelagia and the blue skyline of the Cretan Sea. Inside it has a large double bed of traditional walnut wood, a plasma TV, a private dressing room and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor has four (4) bedrooms with a double large bed and wardrobes, two of which are connected by a common large veranda with view of the Cretan Sea and the beach of Ligaria and Agia Pelagia. There is also a big bathroom. As for The third floor, it has one more bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a chair, overlooking the green garden with the olive trees. Last but not least, The fourth floor offers an attic which is accessible from the fourth bedroom of the third level, and has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chair and its window overlooks the deep blue of the Cretan Sea.
In villa Ourania you will find a guesthouse which offers the perfect place to relax. It also has barbecue, wood fire oven, traditional tavern and a traditional Cretan parasol (internal fireplace – cooking and heating area). It provides large private parking for guests and plenty of space for parties in front and behind the house, ideal for weddings, birthdays and receptions.
There is full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor.
It is located fifteen (15km) kilometers from the center of the capital Heraklion, the archaeological museum of Knossos and all the sights of the city and twenty-two (22km) kilometers from the National Airport of Heraklion “Nikos Kazantzakis”.
Car is highly recommended, so that you can visit as many places possible and enjoy Crete to the full.You will find a private parking in the villa.
