Thalasa Villa offers a large pool, amazing verandas, and spacious terraces that overlook the sea. The pool area offers a spacious dining table, lounge spots for relaxing moments, as well as comfortable sunbeds. It can fully accommodate up to 4 guests with spacious rooms including all the modern comforts.
The style of this villa is exquisite: the smooth-edged architecture donates to the exterior of the building a pure look, while the interior is sober and embellished with flair.
With its signature palette and quality materials, the villa unlocks the secrets of unpretentious chic leisure.

The interior of the house is fully furnished, it has a very comfortable sitting room and a large kitchen with an open dining area, very functional and nicely designed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you may need. The living room and the kitchen have direct access to the outdoor dining area. There are two double bedrooms which are bright and spacious and have a spectacular view of the sea.
It is decorated with elegance and attention to detail, offers full of comfort and amenities, and forms a great getaway for families and groups of friends, due to its privacy and tranquillity.

Savoir sunny days with a swim in the pool or a session in one of the loungers on the pool terrace, and seek shade in the covered alfresco living and dining areas. There is also a large BBQ that our guests love to use to cook.
We will not be on the premises, but we will often be staying nearby and are always available to assist and advise.

This newly built Villa is situated near the marvellous Agios Pavlos beach, famous for its unspoiled nature and turquoise waters. The property is close to the most famous south beaches of Rethymno. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and other supply stores are located at only a 30-min drive. Near the villa, within walking distance, there is a secluded beach ”Prasonisi” in a picturesque landscape, ideal for walking, trekking, taking photographs, and swimming. The location is so tranquil and offers amazing sunsets.
It is an ideal location for relaxation, with exterior places perfect for entertaining. Villas offer all the modern necessities and aesthetics as well as privacy, combined with a breathtaking sea view. It is also a great spot for those wanting to explore the southern area of Rethymno.
