The welcoming in our villa takes place from the very first step and introduces our guests to the new technological era and sustainability since the electricity is operated automatically from a tablet in order to meet environmental and social objectives.
The luxury villa is compiled by 1 main living room area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, swimming pool area, and a large veranda.
The superb villa is fully equipped in order for you to enjoy every aspect of your vacation without any anxiety. In the living room, you will be able to relax on the comfortable sofas, watch your favorite TV programs or movies, or just lay down and admire the beautiful view of the bay, which lays in the front area of the room. The kitchen room is decorated with the finest electrical equipment for you to show your master chef skills. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, for the capacity of 6 people, with the master bedroom having a beautiful view of the sea. For your convenience, there are also 3 shared bathrooms with walk-in showers.
In the external area you will find a swimming pool (which upon request- can be heated) where you will have the feeling that you are swimming towards the horizon, the sunbed area, where you will have the opportunity to get the famous Mediterranean suntan and the veranda, where is the perfect place to have your morning coffee, your meals or your afternoon drinks.
In our villa, you will also find a cellar enriched with the finest wines and drinks, which you can use upon request and with extra charge.
The superb villa is located in a very quiet district and only 100 meters by feet from the sandy and crystal clear water beach. Almyrida belongs to Chania prefecture, situated in Souda bay. In fifteen minutes’ driving distance you may find yourselves in Kaluves village and in 30 minutes in Chania city. You can enjoy traditional Cretan diet, wander around the old Chania city, shopping or enjoy your favorite cocktail by the seaside.
A car for your transportation is recommended. The luxury villa has an indoor parking space with a garage door, where you can safely park your car.
