The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Spili village. The stone house has been recently restored and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay throughout the year.
Casa Teo can be considered as a duplex house connected with an external stairway, combined, can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms, whereas featured amenities provide our guests with everything they may need for wonderful and memorable holidays. Outside the main entrance, there is a lovely courtyard, where the visitors can take moments for relaxation.
The ground floor features a beautiful double bedroom, and a fully functional kitchenette there is also a living area with comfortable seating, a TV, and air conditioning and a bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a maisonette, extending over 2 levels, featuring 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, the main living area is found with comfortable seating for everyone, a bathroom, a kitchen, located on the ground floor, is fully equipped featuring an impressive long dining area, perfect for family dinners. TV, and a modern fireplace, making it the most relaxing area. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom, a spacious bedroom with two single beds and one more semi-double bedroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioned and share the bathroom on this floor.

The natural beauty of the area, the history, the tradition, the fighting spirit, and bravery characterize the local people. Spili is located about 30 km south of Rethymno, at an altitude of 430 m, at the foot of Mount Vorizis, an offshoot of Kedros Mount. The centre of the village square, with the two huge plane trees, is Kefalovrisi (i.e. prime spring) as it is called. This is a series of 25 fountains with the form of a lion head from the mouths of which 330 cubic meters of water flow every hour, rich in iron, and has a constant temperature of 13 °C. Around Kefalovrisi, you’ll meet several taverns with genuine Cretan cuisine, coffee shops, and folk art shops.
It is recommended to hire a car for easy access throughout the island.
