For outdoor dining, the villa features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, fridge, stove and a 42’ Smart TV. The alfresco dining area is perfect for enjoying meals under the stars, offering plenty of seating and an idyllic setting for memorable evenings.

Internal Living Spaces
Inside, the villa boasts 400m² of refined living space, ensuring every guest experiences luxury and comfort. The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with a 65” Smart TV, plush seating, and direct access to the pool and outdoor dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern appliances, allowing you to prepare gourmet meals with ease.
The villa’s seven opulent bedrooms are all fitted with king-size beds (1.80m x 2.00m), en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and 32” Smart TVs. Each room is thoughtfully designed to offer privacy, comfort, and stunning views.

• Ground Floor: Two double bedrooms with balcony access and sea views. Also features the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining and pool areas, and an indoor dining area.
• Lower Floor: One double bedroom with terrace access, plus the indoor heated pool also featuring a WC and shower, cinema room (with PS5), a fully equipped gym.
• First Floor: Two master bedrooms with balconies and sea views, and a washing machine conveniently located on this floor.
• Attic Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms with sea views and a large veranda.

• Children’s Facilities: Two baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.
• Kitchen Equipment: Includes two fridges, electric stove, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, juice maker, washing machine, and more.
• Indoor heated Private Swimming Pool: the pool water temperature can reach up to 28 °C, 4 days prior notice is required.
• Sleeping arrangements: up to 14 guests can be accommodates in seven king-size beds. Additional sleeping options are available to extend the capacity to 16 guests, including a semi-double sofa bed downstairs in the cinema room and a sofa in the living room.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance: a main cleaning every three days, daily intermediate maid service, daily outdoor maintenance, and towel and linen changes every few days are provided.
• A breakfast service featuring two set menu options is available at an additional charge of €10 per person, requiring a one-day advance notice.
