The first area you are entering into is the large, comfortably furnished sitting room with a dining table and an open kitchen area.

It also overlooks the pool area, which is separated from the rest of the plot with a fence of plants.
On the same floor, there are also two double bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms with showers. A staircase brings you up to the upper floor.
On that level, there are also two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, bedrooms have got access to two bathrooms and a large-sized veranda with an amazing panoramic sea view.

Villa Grecque is located in an idyllic traditional village called Selia just 7-min drive to the most beautiful beaches in the area. Selia is one of the most beautiful and traditional villages of Rethymno area, olive trees, and all the ancient Cretan flora are here.
At our villa, you can enjoy the sea view and relax, far away from the tourist trouble and your children will be fascinated by the pool, which is the biggest private pool in the whole area.
The area is filled with beaches: Plakias, Souda, Preveli, Ammoudi, and Sxoinaria. Nearby is the Kourtaliotiko Gorge, with a total length of 3km. It is one of the most spectacular natural attractions of the prefecture Rethymnon. The beach is just 3 km downhill and the same distance is the village for provision nice taverns etc.
