The luxurious two-story houses “Villas” which is built on the farm 12000 m2, includes two double bedrooms and two single bed bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living and dining rooms. Outdoors you may find, two stone ovens, for cooking and grill, plenty of olive trees and of course the swimming pool.
Villas consist of 2 floors. On the first floor is located a kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with douche. On the second floor are situated 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a bath tub.
Our house is ideal for families, friends gathering or events. Swim at the pool, cook your own recipes traditionally, play with your kids or make your ideal wedding in our yard. Relax and enjoy happiness in the best “homey” environment you could ever have.
The access of the site will be given according to the number of the guests, meaning as many bedrooms needed and open access for dinning and sitting areas, swimming pool and garden. There is full privacy to all areas indoor and outdoor.
Please note that the swimming pool would not be in use for winter (1/11 -31/3), however we would be happy to answer any queries on that issue.
Within the area of Loutra, you will find our beautiful house. You could drive or walk around the mountains and wild nature, or visit the traditional village of Loutra. In ten kilometers distance, you will find the village of Ancient Eleftherna, ideal place to rest, or visit the famous Arkadi monastery and museum. By heading north, all beaches of Rethymno and Heraklion will be there, ready to be explored.
A car is highly recommended! The house has an indoor parking space, where you can safely park your car.
