Arhontariki villa can accommodate up to 10 persons with a large fully equipped kitchen, a play room with gym facilities and a Hammam can spoil you. The swimming pool with Jacuzzi is located in a well-manicured lush garden, providing a comfortable, tranquil, relaxed environment for the guests.
The windows and balconies in each floor give a panoramic view to Kissamou cape and the hills surround the village. It is furnished with aptest and simplicity with Cretan antiques, reflecting the personal taste of its owner.
Arhontariki villa takes its name by the special room on a monastery where the monks host their special guests. Villa Arhontariki is built in three levels, and it offers all modern amenities. It is located next to a lovely traditional taverna, 1 km from the beach. Villa Arhontariki is suitable for up to 10 guests. It consists of three spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds on the second floor, one more double bedroom on the first floor and another double bed in the open plan sitting area on the ground floor.
On the ground/pool level, a fitness and play room, a spacious sitting area with TV and a comfortable bed are provided. Upstairs, a stylish living room with fireplace, a fully-equiped kitchen, a fine dining area, as well as one comfortable bedroom and a bathroom are available (Villa Arhontatiki offers four bathrooms in total).
Additionally, air-condition or central heating, wireless internet, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, radio, telephone, fitness room, play room, hamam and safe box are provided. In the fully-equipped kitchen, there are refrigerators, 4 ring stoves, hob, grill, oven, as well as dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer.
Three bedrooms and two more bathrooms are accessible via a wooden staircase on the second floor. There are spacious balconies and verandas, equipped with patio furniture, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
A big private sea view swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a barbecue area, are available. Large balconies and verandas in each floor, all equipped with patio furniture, offer fascinating views of the blue sea and the beautiful landscape.
In the pretty outside, a colorful grassy garden with palm trees, lemon trees, bougainvilleas and many other flowers and plants, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

The beautiful village of Kaliviani is located in the beginning of the peninsula of Gramvoussa, 6.5 km to the west from Kastelli Kissamou. The beauty of the village can be attributed to its wonderful stone houses and to the many flowers that blossom in every yard. Its people are friendly and hospitable. The tradition is alive in Kaliviani, since even today the houses are built the traditional way, with stones, by skillful technicians.
